Orders and Pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars and can change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm your payment and create your order. In the rare case of a pricing or stock error, we will contact you before shipping.
Payments
Payments are processed securely at checkout by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details. Orders ship only after payment is confirmed.
Product Information
We photograph and describe our squishies as accurately as we can, but colors can vary slightly between screens, and handmade-style details may differ a little from the photo. Product sizes are approximate.
Safety
Squishies are not food and are not suitable for children under 3 due to choking risk. Always supervise young children during play and discard any squishy that tears.
Promotions
Welcome offers, coupon codes, and other promotions are limited to one use per customer, cannot be combined unless stated, and can be changed or ended at any time. Codes have no cash value.
Intellectual Property
The Squishy Express name, store design, photos, and written content belong to Squishy Express. Do not reuse them for your own store or marketing without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Squishy Express is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
