We pack every squishy with a little extra cushion and get orders on their way fast. Here is how shipping works.
Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are packed on the next business day. Same-day dispatch cutoffs can apply during busy seasons, and an order placed after cutoff may lose a day, so order early for events.
Most orders arrive within 5 to 20 business days after dispatch, depending on your distance from our warehouse and carrier conditions. These are estimates, not guarantees, and busy holiday periods can add a few days.
Every order includes tracking. Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your label is created, and it may take a day or two to show the first scan.
We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time, and we cannot ship to PO boxes where the carrier does not deliver.
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address entered on the order, and we cannot refund or reship orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
